WHAT TYPES OF EVENTS DO YOU TRAVEL TO?

If there is a party - we will be there! We love celebrating graduations, weddings, company parties, bridal showers, neighborhood block parties, wine releases. You name it and we'd love to be part of it. 


DO YOU CARRY INSURANCE?
 
 Yes! We carry both general and liquor liability insurance.


CAN YOU PURCHASE THE ALCOHOL FOR US SO WE DON'T HAVE TO BOTHER WITH IT?

You bet! We will work together to put together your order, place it, and bring it to the event.


WHERE ARE YOU LOCATED AND WILL YOU TRAVEL?

We are located in the Portland, OR. 30 miles of travel time outside of the city is included in the rental package, but are always up for a road trip if it is further away from the city!


WHAT IS YOUR PAYMENT POLICY?
 
We require a 50% deposit to confirm your reservation. You'll receive a full refund, minus a $200 administration fee if you cancel more than 60 days from your event date, 50% of the deposit if you cancel more than 30 days from your event. Cancellations made within 30 days of your event will not be refunded. Full payment is made two weeks before the event. A 3% credit card processing fee will be applied for all credit card transactions. An 18% gratuity is applied to all invoices.

IS THE TRAILER CUSTOMIZABLE?

Yes! The trailer doesn't come with decorations on it, but we can work together to add, greenery, your company logo or any other design elements.

WHAT TYPE OF SPACE DOES THE TRAILER NEED?


The trailer is roughly 13 feet in length, 8 feet in height and 6 feet in width. Maneuvering the trailer into position requires additional space. We recommend an additional 8-10 feet in front of the dispensing area for guests to wait in line and be served .The tap (i.e. serving) window is on the DRIVER’S side of the car. When maneuvering the trailer into its serving location, there needs to be enough room for our car to pull in and get out. .The trailer needs access to a standard 120V outlet within 100 feet of the trailer to run. We bring a 100 foot, 12 gauge outdoor extension cords. If you do not want cords showing, or there is no access to power, a generator will need to be rented.
